Lactospore is the good bacteria that assists in the digesion of proteins and aids in the production of enzymes and vitamins. May reduce lactose intolerance and defend against gastrointestinal problems. Contains 25 mg Lactospore (150 million viable spores). Also contains 7-Strain Acidophilus 25 mg. (12.5 million organisms).
Acidophilus (good bacteria) aids in the synthesis of the B vitamins and the establishment of Vitamin K by creating healthy intestinal flora. Promoting friendly bacteria aids in the prevention of digestive disorders, food allergies and candida overgrowth (yeast infections).
Contains FOS (Fructoligosaccharides) 333 Mg. FOS is a special food for the bacteria in your GI tract and cannot be used as food by most bad bacteria. Consider it a power booster for the friendly bacteria.
